The room was cozy and had lovely touches. The host was amazing, very welcoming and made delicious breakfasts. Great recommendations for food and pubs in the area. Enjoyed chatting with the host about farm life and local history.
Wifi was hit and miss. The location was a bit far from the village, requiring a walk if you wanted to leave your car for a drink.

view was fantastic, breakfast was lovely, and beds were comfortable. we stayed in the double room, it was warm. the bathroom was huge, it was nice to have a bathtub. the location was stunning for gosforth, close enough to the lamb pub nearby, the beach at drigg, and the scafell hike.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful B&B located in a stunning rural area. The host, Claire, was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our entire stay. Our room was spacious, cozy, and had an amazing view of the farm and mountains. We appreciated the small touches like the assortment of hot drinks, goodies, and information leaflets. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and there were plenty of other options too. it was a fantastic two-night stay and we will definitely be recommending it to others.
No issues at all! 😊

The location of the B&B is absolutely stunning. With beautiful views over the farm and mountains, it provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and cozy, with added touches like an array of hot drink sachets and biscuits. The cooked breakfast was fabulous, setting us up for the day ahead. The host, Clare, was attentive and welcoming, providing helpful advice about places to visit and an insight into farm life.
The wifi connection was unreliable, but this didn't detract from the overall experience of being able to disconnect and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature.

The breakfast was delicious and really kept us energized for our long walks. The location was great, close to beautiful walks and a stunning lake nearby. Staying on a working farm made us feel right at home and added a unique touch to our stay.
The warm water in the shower was only sufficient for one person, so I ended up having a cold shower. It was definitely not the most enjoyable experience and could have been improved.
